in Partnership, Inc. (NIPI) offer all their partner nurses a share
in the financial success of the company. As NIPI expands, so will
your stake in the company. We have reserved up to 10% of NIPI’s
share capital for our partner nurses.
Profit
Sharing
In addition to our share option
program, NIPI also offers profit sharing to all their partner
nurses. Profit sharing will take place on an annual basis, and
will be calculated at the end of each financial year. Your rewards
will be based on the number of contracts you complete.
You
are welcome to take your reward added into your pay, or we can
add it into your 401k plan – the choice is yours.
401K
Plan
NIPI presently offers the highest 401k company
match in the travel nursing industry. NIPI matches all partner
nurse contributions with a 100% contribution of up to 4%. Presently,
partner nurses are instantly eligible to contribute up to 75%
of their salary, up to a maximum of $11,000 per year.
