Why
should I work for Nurses in Partnership?
Nurses in Partnership, Inc. (NIPI) was formed as a new alternative
for the travel nursing industry. We strive not only to achieve the
best pay, benefits and conditions for our nurses but also to reward
our nurses, by giving them a share in the company’s profits
each year through a profit share program. We also have an Incentive
share option initiative that allows our partner nurses to share
in NIPI’s success.
How do I become a travel nurse with NIPI?
To start your travel career with NIPI, complete our contact
form and you will be contacted by one of our nurse recruiters,
or you can telephone us at 1(800) 978 8555 and immediately speak
to a nurse recruiter. Your nurse recruiter will answer questions
regarding NIPI, our open assignments, our company benefits, the
licensure requirements for each position and any other questions
you might have regarding travel nursing with us. All it takes is
one phone call. We believe it will be the best career decision you'll
ever make.
Am
I under any obligation to you after submitting my application?

against our open positions. You can register and let us know when
you're planning to be available and we will work with you to link
you with the assignments that you prefer.

What
are the requirements?
NIPI partners with RN’s with acute care experience within
the last 12 consecutive months. We also need you to have a license
for the state in which you will practice (If you don’t have
a license we will guide you through the licensing process).
How
do I choose an assignment?
Once your recruiter has reviewed your application and skills checklist,
they will discuss your expectations for your travel assignment.
You will then be presented with available assignments based on your
skills and shift preferences. Together with our recruiter you choose
the assignment that's right for you. It's always your choice.
What
happens after I select an assignment?
A copy of your paperwork with your selected start date, unit, and
shift will be sent to the facility for their review. A time will
also be established for a telephone interview between you and the
healthcare facility.
What
happens after the telephone interview?
You and the facility will decide if the assignment is right for
you. If the facility extends a request for you and you decide to
accept it, your recruiter will confirm your start date, shift, unit
and salary. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a confirmation
package in the mail with information pertaining to your assignment.
How
long are NIPI’s assignments?
NIPI offers various contract lengths from 13 to 52 weeks. We also
offer bonuses to nurses who are happy to commit to a longer contract
