Completion Bonus

Nurses In Partnership, Inc. (NIPI) rewards completion bonuses at the conclusion of each assignment. Bonus amounts range from $500 to $2600 on select assignments. In addition to the NIPI completion bonus, we also pass onto our partner nurses, any completion bonuses that are awarded by the healthcare facility.

Referral Bonus

NIPI appreciates being referred to your family, friends and associates. To say “thank you”, NIPI rewards $500 - $1,250 for each referral who completes a 13-week assignment. Our referral bonus is available to anyone who makes a successful referral.
